Tutors, camps, and other programs where homeschooled children can learn and engage in physical activities and sports. Some programs also incorporate academic learning alongside the physical activities. We also include here any body-mind classes such as yoga, meditation, or martial arts.

A summer private school that mixes the Ontario Curriculum with outdoor adventure. Boundless staff are certified in advanced wilderness first aid, lifeguarding, river rescue, climbing safety and risk management protocols. Staff to student ratio is 1:5. Each 13-day program earns a full high school credit and costs between $1825 and $1900. The outdoor program is complemented by a number of group discussions, journaling, small group projects and student-led activities.

Tumbling classes for beginners through to experienced tumblers. Ninja classes focused on agility and quick movements. Ultimate Kidz Classes for 3-5 year olds to help develop the fundamentals of movement. Cheerleading teams available for 3-30 year olds from beginner to elite athletes. Stephannie Jarrett — Jarrett Dance Studio — Ajax
Ms. Stephannie Jarrett is a certified Dance Instructor with the BATD (British Assoc. of Teachers of Dance) and the CDTA (Canadian Dance Teachers Assoc.), and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours Degree in Dance & Choreography. She has been teaching ages 2yrs and up for over 25yrs.  Lessons are held in her private home studio, a 6oo sq ft. space with a proper floating floor, ballet barre, and mirrors. Regular daytime classes may be offered in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballroom for kids, Yoga for kids, and Fitness for kids.  Combination classes are also offered. Learning with Debbie — Mindfulness — York Region

Mindfulness for children, to foster self-awareness, resilience, focus, and communication.  Four week program (1hr/week) for groups of up to 6 kids with similar ages (one-to-one can also be arranged). Sessions include both the principles and the practice of mindfulness.
Instructor is certified in Applied Mindfulness Meditation, and with the International Coach Federation. Over 30 years’ experience teaching elementary students.

STQI Toronto — Kung Fu — Toronto & Mississauga
Homeschool Martial Arts Kung Fu Classes in Toronto. Programs specially scheduled during the afternoon for homeschooled children. Parents have the opportunity to train at the same time with a different instructor and in a different room. Also available are Summer and March Break Kung Fu Camps designed for children from 5 to 13 years of age, which run weekly for 5 days, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3:30pm. Children practice and train kung fu all day and participate in other recreational games, indoor sports, meditation, and some arts and crafts.

Nature School and Education Centre — Hamilton, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, St. Catherines, Thorold, Welland
A not-for-profit dedicated to reconnecting children with nature, and providing an alternative educational experience outdoors, rain or shine. Two formats for homeschooling families: individual classes, or class trips for homeschool groups in Grimsby or St. Catharines.
Investigators Program - Individual instruction and project-based learning. Can complement the learning from home, or can tackle any subject. Teachers have backgrounds in Biology, History, English and the Humanities, as well as invaluable experience spending days in the woods with children of all ages. This program is a drop-off program.
Nature Immersion - Group trips. One day, three, six or ten day packages to suit your needs. Children visit the same location over time, and are invited to participate in ongoing projects or develop their own inquiry based projects. Parents are welcome to attend these trips as observers and assistant supervisors, depending on the group size and ages.
